Project Completion & Quality Guarantee

1. Custom Fabrication & No-Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our services—including custom stone fabrication, cabinetry, and home remodeling—all projects are built to client-specific dimensions and unique specifications. Consequently, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once fabrication has commenced or installation is complete. All sales are final.

2. Limited Quality Guarantee (Remediation)

We stand by the craftsmanship of our work. If a defect in fabrication or installation is identified, we will remedy the issue at no cost, subject to the following terms:

Definition of Defect: A "Defect" is defined as a failure in structural integrity, improper installation, or damage caused directly by our team during the installation process. Natural variations in stone, including veining, color, and mineral deposits, are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

3. Manufacturer Warranties

Materials utilized in your project, such as specific stone slabs or cabinetry hardware, may be covered by separate warranties provided by the original manufacturer. Picture Perfect Stones is a fabricator and installer, not the material manufacturer. We will assist in providing manufacturer documentation upon request, but the Client must submit and manage any claims directly with the material manufacturer according to their specific terms and conditions.

4. The Right to Cure

In the event of a dispute regarding work quality, the Client agrees to provide Picture Perfect Stones with a "Right to Cure." This means the Client must provide written notice of the issue and allow our team a minimum of fourteen (14) business days to inspect, assess, and perform necessary repairs or replacements before the Client takes further action or pursues legal or financial remedies.

5. Final Inspection & Sign-Off

Upon completion of the project, a mandatory final walk-through will occur. The Client is responsible for inspecting the project area in detail. By signing the Final Project Completion Form, the Client acknowledges that the work has been completed to their satisfaction and that no defects were observed at the time of handover. Any claims for damage or cosmetic issues reported after this sign-off are excluded from this guarantee.

6. Exclusions

This policy does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow proper care/maintenance instructions (e.g., use of acidic cleaners on natural stone or improper moisture control).
• Accidental impact, thermal shock, or acts of God (e.g., severe storm damage).
• Normal wear and tear or modifications made to the project by a third party.

This document constitutes the official Project Completion & Quality Guarantee for Picture Perfect Stones.
